Specificity: The antibody recognizes the Mr 220000 b1-chain of laminin. Mab DG10 appears to react with the NH2-terminus of the Ln b1chain (1). The antibody reacts with human tissues

Immunogen: Monoclonal antibody (Mab) to laminin (b1-chain) is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Partially pepsin-digested laminins from human placenta were used as immunogen (8).
