Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
  • Specificity

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Phospho-enol-pyruvate Carboxylase [Maize Leaves]. Cross reactivity against Phospho-enol-pyruvate Carboxylase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

    Purification

Prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination.

    Immunogen

    Phospho-enol-pyruvate Carboxylase [Maize].
  • Application Notes

Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostImmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions : This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg ofPhospho-enol-pyruvate Carboxylase [Maize Leaves] in a standard sandwich ELISA usingPeroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 30,000 to 1: 160,000 of the reconstitution concentration issuggested for this product.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
