Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunologicalmethods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
