Western Blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line MOLT4 (calculated MW of 53.8 kDa according to NP_891548.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Expression of the protein seen in the nucleus and cytoplasm of MCF7 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
