Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (0.05 μg/mL), Flo (2.4 μg/mL), ICC, IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, FACS and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: An independent laboratory has reported that 3 μg/mL antibody showed positive immunostaining in SNP or 8pCPT-cGMP-treated human platelets, fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton-X. FACS: 2.4 μg/mL using fixed and permeabilized human platelets, as reported by an independent laboratory. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates phosphorylated VASP from vanadate-treated A431 cells, as reported by an independent laboratory. ELISA: 0.05 μg/mL, as reported by an independent laboratory. -
