Specificity
- Recognizes human CD62E, a member of the selectin family which is expressed on endothelial cells at sites of inflammation. Clone 3H1606 has been shown to inhibit the binding of human neutrophils to stimulated HUVECs. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Species cross-reactivity: Canine L-selectin but not E-selectin.
