Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin embedded): 1:25-1:200 (ABC). Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000. Note: Pretreatment with 0.2 % Triton-X 100 for 5 minutes for fixed cells and 15 minutes for frozen tissues, prior to incubation with primary antibody. -
