Specificity
- Reacts with claudin-10 protein. On Western blots, it identifies a band at ~21kD. Bands of unknown origin are observed at ~75kD, ~70kD, ~35kD and/or ~17kD in some homogenates. Western blots using mouse brain homogenates produced a single band at ~21kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with mouse kidney, rat kidney and mouse brain homogenates for Western blot, and frozen.
