Product Details anti-CD94 Antibody

Specificity: Anti-mouse CD94 monoclonal antibody detects the mouse CD94 receptor. This 180 amino acid, 70 KDa transmembrane glycoprotein belongs to a family of murine Natural Killer (NK) cell receptors for MHC class I and is co-expressed as a heterodimer with NKG2 on the cellular surface. CD94 is expressed on NK cells as well as NK T cells. Both the murine CD94/NKG2 heterodimer and its human homologue are expressed on Th1 but not Th2 cells.
