Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot analysis. Western Blot Analysis: 1:200-1:1000 detected CENP-A in RIPA lysates from HeLa acid extracted histones. 20 μg control histones, were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with 2 μg/mL anti-CENP-A. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. -
