Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Note: No special pretreatment required prior to staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections. Positive control: IMR-5 cells, Brain or astrocytoma. -
