Specificity: Recognizes a conformation dependent epitope on nucleoprotein of RSV. Reacts with mature RSV virions with completely assembled nucleocapsids, but does not recognize incomplete virions. Does not react with Influenza A (H1N1), Influenza A (H3N2), Influenza B, Parainfluenza 1, 2, 3 and Adenovirus.
