- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in ELISA and direct IFA. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
