- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in IFA. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Spot suspension of bacteria onto slide. Air dry. Fix slide with 100 % Acetone for 5 minutes at room temperature. Air dry. Stain. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
