Specificity
- Recognizes denatured chicken ovalbumin (OA). Reacts with OA in denatured or modified form (surface-adsorbed, heat-denatured or reduced). Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with OA directly coated onto the microtiter well. In Dot Blot reacts with native OA adsorbed onto nitrocellulose. In Western Blot (overnight) after SDS-PAGE, reacts with OA in both reduced and non-reduced forms.
