Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing. conditions. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 5 % cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, rmFrizzled-7, rmFrizzled-8 and less than 1 % cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-6. Immunohistochemistry: Detects Frizzled-1 in cells and tissues at 15 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
