Approved: Flo, IF, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native & denatured): 2 μg antibody/mg protein lysate using Protein A. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & formalin/paraffin): 2-4 μg/mL. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: BT474 or HeLa cells, breast carcinoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
