Approved: WB
Usage: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Integrin 5. The detection limit for rhIntegrin 5 is approximately 2 ng/lane and 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. In this format, this antibody shows less than 5 % cross-reactivity with Integrin 1, - 2, - 3, rmIntegrin 4, - 6, and - 7. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
