Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (25 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, 10 μL labels 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. Cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde, 0.1 % saponin in PBS. Tested using PC-3 cells. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding an IgG (FITC). Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~0.5 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. -
