Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (50 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rmIntegrin alpha9 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL. Use 10 μL to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Tested on D3 mouse embryonic stem cells. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Detection limit for rmIntegrin alpha9 is ~0.2 ng/well.
