Detects human MIF from supernatants or lysates of 2x1E6 endotoxin-stimulated PBMC stimulated for 24 hours with 1 % human serum plus 10 mg/mL E. coli LPS. ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000. Assayed against goat anti-chicken IgG (H&L) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. - Comment
