    C-Term

    Specificity

    This antibody recognizes G Protein-Coupled Receptor GPR43 (FFAR2) at C-terminal domain.

    Cross-Reactivity (Details)

    Species reactivity (tested):Human.

    Purification

    Immunoaffinity Chromatography.

    Immunogen

FFAR2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from C-terminal domain of human FFAR2 / GPR43.
  • Application Notes

Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (14 μg/mL). Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1xTBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    FFAR2 (Free Fatty Acid Receptor 2 (FFAR2))

    Alternative Name

    FFAR2

    Background

GPR43 is classified as a Carboxylic Acid GPCR. The location of this receptor in the immune system is suggestive of potential roles in immune cell function and hematopoiesis.Synonyms: Free fatty acid receptor 2, G-protein coupled receptor 43, GPR43
