Application Notes
-
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows staining of endocrine cells amongst the enterocytes. Recommended concentration: 3-6 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 27 kDa band in Human Colon and Testis lysates and in cell lines NIH 3T3, A431 and Kelly after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
