    Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Flow cytometry: 1: 2,000 - 1: 10,000. Immunoflourescence: 1: 500 - 1: 2,500.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Handling Advice

    Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for two weeks at 2-8° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
