- Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg immunoprecipitates cyclin D1 and D2 from 500 μg of A431 RIPA lysate. Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect cyclin D1 and D2 in paraffin-embedded sections using high energy antigen retrieval (10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, microwaved 3-5 minutes, three times). - Comment
