- Target
- MHC Class II DR (Monomorphic)
- Reactivity
- Sheep, Cow, Goat, Human
-
Host
- Mouse
-
Clonality
- Monoclonal
-
Conjugate
- Un-conjugated
- Application
- Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
- Specificity
- Recognizes a monomorphic epitope on ovine MHC class II DR molecules. The distribution of ovine DR molecules on T lymphocytes has been shown to vary with immune status and age. Initially T lymphocytes lack class II molecules, then T lymphocytes progressively express DR molecules.
- Purification
- Affinity purified
- Immunogen
- Splenocytes from ATL mice (1).
