Specificity: This antibody detects endogenous level of Bcr only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 177.

Purification: Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.

Immunogen: Bcr (Phospho-Tyr177) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of tyrosine 177 (P-F-Y (p) -V-N) derived from Human Bcr.
