Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Breast. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 65 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 63.5 kDa according to NP_006537.3). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
