Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and RIA. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates calmodulin from A431 RIPA cell lysate. -
