Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (25 μg/mL), Neut, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Neutralization: ~1-4 μg/mL Dependent on cell type, growth conditions, activity studied. ND50 in the presence of 20 ng/mL of anti-human CD3 and 3 μg/mL of recombinant human B7-H2/Fc, using 72 hours PHA-stimulated human T cells. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in 200 μL. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, limit ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, limit ~25 ng/lane. - Comment
