Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Agglutination (AGG)
    Specificity
Recognizes a sialoglycoprotein of 39 kDa, identified as glycophorin A. It reacts with a peptide epitope on the extracellular domain of human glycophorin. Glycophorin A is present on red blood cells (RBC) and erythroid precursor cells. It has been shown that glycophorins acts as the receptor for Sandei virus and parvovirus.
    Cross-Reactivity (Details)
    Human. Cow.
    Purification
1.0mg/ml of Ab purified from Bioreactor by Protein A/G.
    Immunogen
    Human erythrocytes treated with neuraminidase
    Clone
    SPM183
    Isotype
    IgM kappa
