ELISA, Flow Cytometry (FACS), ELISpot

Clone

MT504
  • Specificity

    Native and recombinant IL-17A.

    Cross-Reactivity (Details)

The antibody also cross-reacts with IL-17A from cow, sheep, horse, pig and dog.

    Purification

Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography.

    Immunogen

    Recombinant human IL-17A

    Isotype

    IgG1
  • Application Notes

For quantification of IL-17A in solution e.g. cell culture supernatants using ELISA and for enumeration of IL-17A producing cells using ELISpot. MT504 is recommended as detection mAb in combination with coating mAb MT44.6 for human IL-17A . The antibody is also suitable for detection of IL-17A using flow cytometry.
