Specificity: The mouse monoclonal antibody HepSS-1 (also known as HepSS1) recognizes N-sulfated heparan sulfate (extracellular antigen) present in many species.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
