Purpose
- Anti-CD31 [BAG-85D10], Rabbit IgG, kappa
-
Specificity
- This antibody recognises CD31 (PECAM1) which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed at various circulatng cells, such as neutrophils, monocytes, platelets as well as on endothelial cells. CD31 is a cell adhesion molecule and is involved in the leukocyte transendothelial migration during inflammation.
