    PLRG1 (Pleiotropic Regulator 1 (PLRG1))

    Alternative Name

    PLRG1

    Background

Background: Pleiotropic regulator 1 (PLRG1) has been shown to be a part of sub-spliceosomal protein complexes. It is highly conserved across species and is essential for pre-mRNA splicing. PLRG1 interacts with human CDC5. This interaction has also been shown to be essential to pre-mRNA splicing.
