Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody E3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD307a, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed predominantly on the surface of mature B cells.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: DNA-immunization followed by a boost with the CD307a transfected cells
