Purpose
- Anti-CD200R [OX-110], Rabbit IgG, kappa
-
Specificity
- OX-110 binds specifically to CD200R proteins. CD200R is a type I membrane protein and an inhibitory receptor for the CD200/OX-2 cell surface glycoportein. CD200R acts to limit inflammation by inhibiting expression of pro-inflammatory molecules such as TNF-alpha, interferons and iNOS in response to selected stimuli. CD200R is expressed on rodent myeloid cells and is involved in regulation of macrophage function.
