Background
CD37, is a tetraspanin membrane protein primarily expressed on mature B cells. CD37 is involved in signal transduction, cell proliferation, and immune regulation, and is of interest in both immunology research and hematologic malignancy studies. CD37 has also been found to be expressed on T cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells.
