Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval by protein digestion (trypsin or pronase). Reported reaction following PLP fixation (Periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde).
