    Specificity

This antibody reacts with an antigen present on most of the B-cells. They react with a 33 kD polypeptide and a minor component of a 30 kD polypeptide present in B-cells.

    Purification

    Purified.

    Immunogen

    Lymphoblastoid cell line DAUDI.

    Isotype

    IgG2a
  • Application Notes

    Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL
    Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells
    Western blotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 mg/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections.
