Immunofluorescence: 5-20ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20gu/ml on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffinembedded tissue sections using avidin-biotin system.
Flow cytometry: 1-5ug/10^6 cells.
Western blotting: 15ug/ml. An antigen demasking procedure is recommended when using formalinfixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. This MAb is clustered in the 6th International Leucocytes Workshop on human leucocyte differentiation antigens in Kobe, Japan.
