Specificity
- This antibody consists of a disufide-linked / hetrodimer with a mW of 30 kD or an / homodimer with a MW of 32 kD. The CD molecule binds to HLA class I molecule during interaction of CD 8+ T cells with antigenpresenting cells or with target cells. CD 8+T cells include most of the cytotoxic T cells.
