Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. When using formalinfixed paraffin-embedded tissues a high temperature antigen demasking procedure is required. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. -
