Application Notes
-
Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/mL
Flow cytometry: 1ug / 10^6 cells
Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 ug/mL on acetone-fixed frozen sections.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections only, in IHC. On formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissues, some positive staining is observed when treated with a high temperature antigenic unmasking techniques Used for identification of eosinophils from a granulocyte subpopulation. The optimum dilution factors should be determined by the individual laboratory. -
