Purpose: Histone H3 phospho Ser10 ELISA (H3S10ph) for easy detection of mitotic marker histone H3 phospho serine 10

Specificity: Histone H3 phospho Ser10 ELISA Kits are tested for sensitivity in detecting the level of histone H3 phosphorylated at serine 10 by generating a control curve using the untreated and paclitaxel treated HeLa acid extracts provided in the kit.

Comment:

The control extracts are run in duplicate from 78 ng - 5 μg and assayed according to the protocol listed in the manual. For lot 34409001, a developing time of 5 minutes generated the control curve in Figure 1. These results are provided for demonstration only.
