Application Notes

Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Flow cytometry: 1: 2,000 - 1: 10,000. Immunoflourescence: 1: 500 - 1: 2,500.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Handling Advice
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for two weeks at 2-8° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
