Adenosine A1 Receptor (ADORA1) Peptide

ADORA1 Reactivity: Human Host: Synthetic BP, BI
Catalog No. ABIN5684794

Quick Overview for Adenosine A1 Receptor (ADORA1) Peptide (ABIN5684794)

Target

ADORA1 (Adenosine A1 Receptor (ADORA1))

Origin

Human

Source

  • 7
Synthetic

Application

Blocking Peptide (BP), BioImaging (BI)
  • Characteristics

Adenosine A1 Receptor peptide corresponds to 15 amino acids of Adenosine A1 Receptor.
  • Application Notes

Adenosine A1 Receptor Peptide is used for blocking the activity of Adenosine A1 Receptor antibody . The Adenosine A1 Receptor antibody ships at 0.5 mg/mL and the Adenosine A1 Receptor Peptide ships as a 100 μg pellet. When peptide is reconstituted in 200 μLwater, the concentration will be 0.5 mg/mL, identical to that of the antibody. The best starting ratio would be 1:1 (which means molar excess of peptide relative to antibody when identical volumes are mixed). Mix equal volume of peptide and antibody at the required dilution and leave at ambient temperature for 20 minutes. Then incubate and develop in parallel two blots: one with the antibody and one with the antibody which has been pre-absorbed with the provided peptide.

    Restrictions

    For Research Use only
