A synthetic peptide for use as a blocking control in assays to test for specificity of NFYC antibody,
Alternative Names: NFYC control peptide, NFYC antibody Blocking Peptide, Anti-NFYC Blocking Peptide, nuclear transcription factor Y, gamma Blocking Peptide, CBF-C Blocking Peptide, CBFC Blocking Peptide, DKFZp667G242 Blocking Peptide, FLJ45775 Blocking Peptide, H1TF2A Blocking Peptide, HAP5 Blocking Peptide, HSM Blocking Peptide, NF-YC Blocking Peptide

    Purification

Rabbit Anti-Lck (Phospho-Tyr394) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Target

NFYC (Nuclear Transcription Factor Y, gamma (NFYC))

    Background

NFYC is one subunit of a trimeric complex, forming a highly conserved transcription factor that binds with high specificity to CCAAT motifs in the promoter regions in a variety of genes. NFYC forms a tight dimer with the B subunit, a prerequisite for subunit A association. The resulting trimer binds to DNA with high specificity and affinity.
