Application

Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB)
  • Characteristics

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-IRAK3 antibody (Catalog #: ARP40709_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

    Storage

    -20 °C

    Storage Comment

For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Target

    IRAK3 (Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 3 (IRAK3))

    Background

IRAK3 contains 1 protein kinase domain and 1 death domain and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, Pelle subfamily. It inhibits dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll-like receptor signaling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilizing the receptor complex.
