Application Note: VlsE is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at 78.7 kDa for VlsE-MBP, (36.3 kDa for VlsE and 42.4 kDa for MBP) in size corresponding to VlsE by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
